Registration is on a tiered fee plan. Please pay the highest tier that you can afford. Your generosity will let us include community members who might be unable to attend at the full rate. “Benefactor” covers our expenses and more; “Sustaining” meets our expenses; and “Basic” is below our cost. We want your presence, and by paying the highest tier you can afford, we will ensure our expenses are covered and camp is available in the years to come.
Full payment is due with your registration and must be postmarked by Monday, Dec 2. Registration fees are discounted for campers who register by Nov 11, 2024. Space is filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Camp is limited to participants who register for the full four days. No day guests, pets, weapons or alcohol are permitted at camp. If you are placed on a waiting list, your check will be held but not deposited until there is a place for you.

Work/Trade: A limited number of work/trade positions are available. If you are interested, let us know on your registration form and someone will contact you.
Refund Policy: If you must cancel, $25.00 per person is retained to cover costs. If you cancel after Dec 2, the full fee is retained unless a replacement can be found from the waiting list. No cancellations accepted after Dec 16.
Special Diet Needs
We will do our best to accommodate those with food restrictions; however, if you need to bring special foods there are kitchen areas where you may prepare your food. If you need to do this please remember to bring all utensils and supplies you may need.
For vegetarians and those with food restrictions, complete a special-diet form during online registration. If you register by filling out a paper form, we will send you an email message with a link to the diet form that you should fill out. Registration will not be complete until we have checked that you have filled out the form for each person who has indicated they need a special diet.
